Я вот переживаю что развод.

Your mail on Craiglist interests me that you need an accommodation for rent , I have two spare rooms in my flat which is available.
The apartments is situated at , US.The apartments has plasma tv, internet access,bathroom, fully fitted kitchen,tasteful bespoke lighting and parking space.Rent is reasonable at only $500per month including Utility bills and $500 refundable Security deposit for the apartment.
My name is Felicity Maree Rogers, Im from Australia but studied and work in United States for sometimes but presently i work with SAP marketing company in London so i dont stay much in the apartment due to the distance of my work but i used to come once
in a while to Brooklyn so thats why i keep a room for myself and decided to rent out 2 rooms.
I have attached some pictures for you to view since i know its not possible for both of us to see and inspect the room for now but the arrangement has been made for the room to be rent out and i have all the Keys and contract lease and agreement with me here to proceed in making the reservation.

I really that we need to see but presently am not really sure if i will be able to be in NY on the date you mentioned but things can be arranged before your arrival if you don`t mind. Before i travelled down here, i have made arrangement for the apartment to be rent since i know i might not be there due to my work and the distance.
Before we go ahead, i will need these details from you to make a Contract lease and agreement for you to sign before you can move into my apartment and also to know the rules and regulations of the apartment.:

Once all these is provided then i can go ahead and prepare the Contract and send it over to you to sign with payment details, Then you send the money to me here in London via Western Union Money transfer. once you done that and i confirm it from here then i will send you the keys of the apartment via DHL next day delivery to the current address you provided so you can move in anytime that suites you.
I wish i could discuss this issue with you on phone but my phone is not active ever since i arrived here in London due to my work and my office phone is programmed for customers only so there is no means of communication at the moment than to chat on either msn or yahoo messenger anytime we both less busy, mine is felicitym009@yahoo.com.au or felicitym009@hotmail.com.

Такие письма с завидной регулярностью приходят многим людям, которые пытаются снять жилье через крэйглист(а может, и через другие ресурсы). Отличаются только имена мифических хозяев квартир, причины, по которым они не могут проживать в собственных апартментах в данный момент, страны, где они сейчас работают и другие незначительные подробности. Принцип у всех одинаков: утром-деньги, вечером-стулья, то есть, заплатите вперед за супер дешевую квартиру, а потом вам будет выслан ключ (от квартиры, где деньги лежат…)
Эта афера-родная сестра других интернет-мошенничеств, таких как выигрыш миллиона фунта стерлингов по e-mailу, нигерийских писем, различных интернет-кошельков and so on…
Господа! Будьте бдительны! Не дайте себя развести
