Здравствуйте! Подскажите, если кто знает. Вопросы:
1)Компания с долгами (по налогам?), штат Калифорния/Невада. Статус компании Sos/Ftb Suspended или Sos/Ftb Suspended.
Можно ли не владельцу компании узнать за что её заморозили и размер долга?
2)Можно ли продать такую компанию или сперва надо заплатить долги?
