ничего себе, счетик на 4х…
Меня смущает вот еще такое. В договоре такое есть:
Fees
You are responsible for the following fees:
A Administrative Service Fee of $4.95
A Sewer Flat Fee Service of $51.66
Если смотреть на картинку, то Administrative Service Fee совпадает, а вот Sewer Flat Fee Service больше.
С другой стороны про воду, например, вот так написано:

А, так это апартмент. Тогда счет какой-то дикий.
Вода и канализация - 250 баксов, жесть. У меня за 3 бд дом с поливом лужаек летом редко выше 50 баксов выходит. Ну и газ - 85, офигеть.
Газ - это горячая вода. Плита у нас электрическая. Про газ как про воду написано:

Не знаю насчёт CA, а для IL это галактический какой-то счёт, если брать в сравнение похожие площади. Жуть.
Просто в прошлом месяце это было $247. А в этом $379.
Я понимаю, что аренда жилья в СА стоит раза в 3 больше чем в IL. Может и Utility bill тоже в 3 раза больше? В других местах не снимал - не могу сравнить. Только у знакомых поспрашивать…
У меня газ - горячая вода и плита - редко выходит больше $10-12/мес.
Это какие-то нереальные суммы за 2bd апартмент как по мне. В Техасе у нас за 2bd был счет вода+канализация = 25 баксов в месяц. Во Флориде за такой же апартмент чуть дороже - 40 баксов. Нас правда только двое, но все равно счета ваши какие-то запредельные по меркам Флориды и Техаса. Мусор за 25 тоже выглядит странно. Мы платили 15 в прошлом году за мусор, но там был valet service, то есть выставляешь мусорный пакет за дверь в определенное время и каждый день его ходят и забирают прямо от твоей двери.
За подогрев горячей воды общим газовым бойлером счета были 5-7 долларов в месяц.
У вас персональный счетчик на газ? Я там выше написал, что они пропорционально количеству жельцов и площади общий бил раскидывают.
Мы конечно горячей водой пользуемся часто - дети малые, купаем часто. Но $85 vs $12 - это, как мне кажется, можно горячую воду не выключать.
Еще меня канализация (Sewer ) смущает - это у всех так дорого?
За воду и канализацию и вывоз мусора вместе летом у меня может быть 110$, когда автополив цветов включен (канализация 18.48$, вывоз мусора 15.75$). За газ в зимние месяцы 80$ тоже норм, не экономлю ни на духовке ни на температуре в доме.
Похоже там общий счётчик на все апартменты в комплексе. А потом делят в зависимости от площади и кол-ва жильцов.
Если так, то вполне возможно. Кто-то воду галлонами льёт, а все остальные за это платят.
У меня канализация тоже дороже воды - $60.
Я так понимаю, что считают кроме собственно канализации также за ливневые стоки от моего дома.
У нас горячая вода 20, то есть сам газ 8, плюс 16 какие то наценки, каждый месяц одинаковые, вне зависимости от потребления.

У нас порядка $150-$200 получается за воду/канализация/мусор/газ/электричество в однушке.
При пересечении T1 лимитов газ/электричество становится дороже. Лимиты летом реально низкие. В апартаментах стоит всё не энергоэффективное.
За газ реально много может быть ибо с помощью его нагревают воду + проверьте настройки. Я уменьшил с рекомендованного значения на 2 деления (вроде половина стала от рекомендованного) - экономия заметная.
Если обогревали квартиру с помощью кондиционера/нагревателя - вот и счет за электричество увеличился.
Счет за воду/мусор/канализацию порядка 100 баксов. Из которых $25 зависит только от нас.
$150 баксов за канализацию кажется очень сильно завышено (у нас $31.73). Мусор стоит так же.

Тут просто счета пришли не просто за месяц, а сразу за несколько!
Тот, который я привел для примера - это оказалось за 89 дней. Тогда это уже более гуманная сумма. Примерно $120 в месяц за всё.
