You have to book the apartment prior to arrival and this is due to insure booking.
You can have the apartment reserved for you until your move in May 7th, with only the payment of the first month rental fee and the security deposit to book the apartment now.
You will also be filling out/signing a lease contract form and the completed form should be faxed to me to reserve the apartment.
Let me know if you want to proceed, so I can have the lease contract form sent to you.

Thanks for making contact about the furnished 1 bedroom apartment I have available for rent.
Just a little information about the apartment:
It’s furnished with 1 bed/1bath and the room size is 1090 sq.ft.
The monthly rent is $1800 with a refundable security deposit of $1,000.
The 1 bedroom apartment is on the 6th floor of the building with a stunning city and ocean view.
To continue with the reservation process of renting the apartment, you’ll need to indicate the following:
- Your anticipated moving in date:
- Your anticipated moving out date
