Для I-130 нужны переводы российских свидетельства о браке и договора о совместном съеме квартиры. Сделали переводы у переводчицы в США, внизу переводов она напечатала курсивом “I, имя-фамилия, certify that I am fluent in the English and Russian languages, and that the above document is an accurate translation of the document attached.”. Ниже от руки дата и подпись переводчицы. Еще ниже печать и подпись нотариуса. (В печати напечатаны “имя-фамилия. Notary public. State of New Jersey. My commission expires May 10 2012”.
А в инструкции по заполнению I-130 написано “Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and correct, and by the translator’s certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language into English”.
Вопрос – что такое “translator’s certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language into English”? Это какой-то дополнительный документ? Или его функцию выполняет печать нотариуса? Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться.
