EDUCATION и PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION идет вниз в такой же последовательности.
Вобщем-то и критиковать нечего, потому что ничего не написано. У Вас одно место работы и ему Вы уделили крайне мало текста. Вы должны заинтересовать работодателя настолько, чтобы у него появилось желание делать Вам визу. Ваше резюме на это не претендует. Вам нужно емко и одновременно красочно расписать Ваши обязанности и достижения. Если у Вас действительно очень интенсивный опыт работы и много знаний, то возможны какие-то шансы, а так…

вопрос по поводу описания опыта и достижений - у одного работодателя участвовал в несколькиз проектах - есть ли смысл расписывать кратко суть проекта, а потом указывать что в нем выполнял я сам, или лучше как начал - описание решенных задач общей кучей?
Или это вообще не принципиально и важно заинтересовать конкретными строками, а не способом их организации в тексте?
Мне кажется, что если указать время работы в фирме, а после этого расписать каждый проект, то может получиться вполне ничего.
Посмотрите на аналогичные позиции резюме, посмотрите что Вам понравится, что Вашему глазу приятно будет читать и попробуйте сделать в схожем ключе. Я не говорю, что Вам нужно воровать резюме, просто это может помочь взглянуть на вопрос под другим углом. Когда у Вас получится что-то конкретное, перечитайте еще раз и поставьте себя на место работодателя. Задайте себе несколько вопросов. Оцените насколько интересно читать Ваше резюме, насколько оно лаконично, насколько оно привлекательно смотрится.
По себе могу сказать, что я обычно просмартиваю резюме целиком. Окидываю взглядом, так сказать. Если на этом этапе резюме мне не понравилось, то читать дальше его не хочется. Однако я не уверен, что так у всех.

Вы имеете в виду заменить глаголы, или полностью убрать эти строки, т.к. они касаются участия в бизнес-анализе?
ну и за остальные пункты спасибо, приму к сведению.
Я имею в виду, убрать эти глаголы, оставив только вторую часть фразы:

Took part in writing … → Write/Wrote …
