резюме критиковать не умею, но на мелкие ошибки укажу 
- Database пишеться слитно
- “Названный в честь кого-то” будет “named after”, not “named by”, но я не уверен как правильно использовать это в названии университета. Я бы вообще удалил эту часть
- В пункте Dates of Employment обычно пишут “present”, not “till Date”.

Я бы сказал что раздела “образовние” не хватает
А что такое M.E. (Computer Science) ?
Если это Masters Degree то обычно народ пишет где заодно и BD получал.
Если это одно и то же заведение - тогда пишут
Education
Master’s Degree in xxx - University of Obama 2006
Bachelor’s Degree in yyy - University of Obama 2004
Если есть сертификаты то можно ими тоже похвастаться

В имени университета нет собственно названия страны – я бы по умолчанию считал бы Штаты, но я так понимаю это не так. Укажите название примерно так: State XXX XXXX University of Ukraine.

Ojective: “as senior software test engineer position” - position надо убрать или перефразировать всю Ojective строку.

[/li][li]Academic record вообще переписать нужно - плохо смотриться (надо указать полный период обучения ) M.E. in Computer Science (хотя обычно M.S. in Computer Science)

По форме надо пивести к каноническому виду: простенько, аккуратненько. Никаких таблиц, разнообразия шрифтов, самодеятельных подходов к описанию стандартных вещей как образование или место работы.

обязательно укажите версии продуктов , БД, тулзов с чем работали -
вообше конечно мешанина - не обрзования толком .

Ну пришла я в QA не на синиора, но со знанием этого проекта (мой предыдущий был тесно связан с ним), знанием мейнфреймов, юникса и опытом в девелопменте, поэтому буквально через пару месяцев стала синиором, а что так нельзя? Или надо 33 года джуниором побыть?

по каждой работе поставил бы краткое описание продукта . с преукраской конечно
а сертификатов ни каких нет ?
