- Advertising facility for users and visitors - so adverts are displayed to both
- User can purchase advert display automated system
- News is automatically updated by details of photographers loading work
- Photographers can write article which also feature in news visitors an users can follow articles
- System mostly automated but admin can overrule any automated facilities for x period of time or spend after which it flicks back to automated system
- Visitors, users can buy images printed on various sizes on material in an automated system order is just emailed to specified address, receipts etc. automatically emailed to purchaser
- Dispatch and everything controlled through the site, when dispatched an email s sent with all the shipping details etc.
- Admin needs to change/update material which is printed
- Images can be purchased in different sizes for different prices, display as thumb nail which expand when moussed over, have copyright built into all demo images, thumbnails etc. and licensed for different usages same as iStock photo
- Photographer and set the amount they sell pictures for, ant purchase we take a commission,
- Commission is paid to us, the rest is delayed to photographer on a thirty day basis, and we hold funds in escrow for 30 days in case of issues with photographs (these details can be amended by admin, rather than set in stone by the programmer.)
- Monthly statements automatically sent t photographers, similar to Ebay system to be able to check invoices, sales etc.
- Online Editor so a visitor can add text or make a composite change to colour to black and white etc. similar to funky pigeon, save a draft if they’re working on it so they and get what they want and sent it to be printed on canvas or anything that we are orienting on.
- Interface in admin area to choose who receives what order, can be multiple recipients, supplier for printing can login and confirm print order
- You can book photographer or submit a request for photos for wither stock photography or own off pieces, they can be put up and you select one, specify an amount for what you are doing
- When a job is put up, or if they select certain jobs, photographers get a notification
- Photographer can select what jobs they want to be notified on and a certain distance it has to be in range of
- A buyer creates a profile and uploads a job, similar to Upwork, discussion boards etc., money held in escrow
- Photographer can take pictures and display the m for buyer to choose and or bid on job for work to be done, pictures displayed in the same format.
