Вот нашел подробное описание на иврите (надеюсь никто не против?) еще одного интервью в Иерусалиме. Вроде наши ребята.

עכשיו חזרנו מראיון בקונסוליה בירושלים אחרי ראיון ל-GC דרך DV2009. תוך כמה ימים אמורים לקרוא לנו לבוא לאסוף את הדרכונים עם הויזות.

תודה ענקית לכל חברי הפורום הנהדר הזה בהווה ובעבור על עזרתם שלא תסולא בפז. בעזרתכם עברנו את התהליך בצורה כ"כ חלקה.

נמשיך “להטריד” אותכם עם שאלות לגבי השלבים הבאים של ההתארגנות למעבר לארה"ב ונשמח לתרום לקהילה מנסיוננו.

אז הנה הסיפור שלנו:

1.התחלנו להשתתף בהגרלות הויזה אי שם בשנת 2000. אף פעם לא תלינו תקוות גדולות בסיכויינו לזכות, אבל עם השנים התהליך נעשה פשוט יותר הפך למן מנהג. כך גם עשינו ב-10/2007. תמיד שיחקנו פעמיים - פעם אני הגשתי כמגיש ראשי ואישתי הצטרפה ופעם שניה אישתי הגישה כמגישה ראשית ואני הצטרפתי אליה.
2.להפתעתינו, בשבוע שני של 5/2008 הגיע מכתב מ-KCC (“המכתב הראשון”) שבישר על כך שאישתי נבחרה. המכתב כלל DS-230 חלקים 1 ו-2 עבורי, אישתי וילדתינו ובנוסף DSP-122 עבור אישתי. כמו כן, מצורפת רשימת מסמכים שעלינו להתחיל להכין לקראת הראיון שיקרה, אם יקרה. מספרינו היה EU12XXX.
3.כאן המקום לציין שאני יליד לטביה ואישתי ילידת רוסיה. מכיוון שכך, אישתי השתתפה מטעם מדינת המוצא שלי - לטביה, מכיוון שילידי רוסיה לא היו רשאים להשתתף ב-DV2009. זו גם הסיבה שהשתתפנו מטעם אירופה ולא מטעם אסיה (אליה משתייכת ישראל).
4.מילאנו את הטפסים, צירפנו תמונות פספורט אמריקאי 5X5 (צילום בכל חנות צילום) ושלחנו את המסמכים בדואר רשום בדואר ישראל. (כאן המקום לציין שבדיעבד עדיף היה לשלוח עם שירות EMS, מכיוון שאפשר לבצע מעקב אחר החבילה בכל רגע).
5.במקביל התחלנו לברר משמעויות מעבר לארה"ב וכאן גיליתי את הפורום הנהדר הזה. (במסר זה אפסח על מידע שאינו קשור ל-GC).
6.המסמכים הגיעו ל-KCC אחרי שבוע (ניתן לעקוב דרך אתר USPS).
7.הכנת מסמכים:
א.תעודות לידה

  • לאישתי היתה ת"ל מקורית מרוסיה שהיה צריך לתרגמה - ראה סעיף תרגומים
  • הוצאתי לי ת"ל בקונסוליה לטבית. לקח חודשיים עד שהגיעה והיה צריך לתרגמה - ראה סעיף תרגום
  • הוצאתי לבתי ת"ל דו-לשונית דרך אתר משרד הפנים, הגיעה תוך שלושה ימים

ב.תעודת נישואין
אנחנו התחתנו בארץ והיתה לנו תעודת נישואין מעם רבנות רעננה. נסעתי למשרד הדתות בירושלים (רח’ כנפי נשרים) והחתמתי את הרב על תעודת הנישואין. (היו לי שני עותקים, אז החתמתי אותו על שניהם). נשאר לתרגמה - ראה סעיף תרגום

ג.דיפלומות

  • לאישתי היתה דיפלומה מהאוניברסיטה שלמדה בה ברוסיה, שצריך לתרגמה - ראה סעיף תרגום.
  • לי היתה תעודה דו-לשונית מהטכניון.

ד.מסמכים צבאיים

  • לי היתה תעודת שחרור שצריך לתרגמה - ראה סעיף תרגום.
  • אישתי לא היתה חייבת בשירות צבאי - עלתה אחרי גיל 20.

ה.מסמכים כלכליים

  • הוצאתי מהבנק מסמך באנגלית המעיד על היותנו לקוחות למופת והמפרט את היתרות שלנו (בגדול). הפקידה בקונסוליה לא היתה רגילה לראות מסמך כזה וביקשה לראות דו"ח יתרות מהבנק. שכנעתי אותה שזה יספיק והיא השאירה את זה להחלטת הקונסול.
  • כגיבוי (שלא נדרש) הכנתי:
  • חוזי דירות בבעלותינו
  • נסחי טאבו כנ"ל
  • דו"חות של קופות גמל, קרנות השתלמות
  • חוזי עבודה של שנינו
  • רשיונות בעלות רכב

ו. תעודות יושר

  • אישתי היתה צריכה להביא תעודת יושר מרוסיה. הזמנו כזו דרך הקונסוליה הרוסית (250 ש"ח) ובנוסף גם הזמנו אותה דרך מאכער (120 ש"ח+$200). המאכער הביא את התעודה תוך חודש וחצי, התעודה דרך הקונסוליה הרוסית הגיעה אחרי חודשיים וחצי. היה צריך לתרגמה - ראה סעיף תרגום.
  • הזמנתי עבורי תעודת יושר מ-RCMP בקנדה. לשם כך האלצתי למסור טביעת אצבעות. בקונסוליה הקנדית בת"א יש פרטים על מי שמוסמך לקחת טביעות כאלה. עלה 450 ש"ח. הכנתי המחאה בנקאית ב-$ קנדי ושלחתי את כל החבילה דרך EMS ל-RCMP. אחרי חודש והצי התעודה הגיעה (למרות שאומרים זה לוקח 4 חודשים).
  • הוצאתי תדפיס מהמרשם הפלילי במשטרת ישראל ע"מ לוודא שבכל נקי. בשלב מאוחר יותר גם הזמנתי תעודת יושר ממשטרת ישראל - ראה בהמשך.

ז.תרגום מסמכים

  • ביררתי עם הקונסוליה שתרגום עצמי של מסמכים אינו מתקבל
  • תרגמתי את כל המסמכים לבד והחתמתי חבר על הצהרה על כל מסמך המעידה שהוא תרגם אותם. כל מסמך כלל צילום מקור, תרגום והצהרה.
  • בנוסף, אספתי את כל המסמכים לחבילה אחת (צילום מקור + תרגום), צירפתי אליהם הצהרת מתרגם אחת כנ"ל והוצאתי אישור הצהרה נוטריוני - 166 ש"ח.
  • בדיעבד, הקונסוליה הסתפקה בתרגומים הבודדים עם הצהרת מתרגם.
  1. חיסונים
    א. ביררתי באתר Division of Global Migration and Quarantine | CDC איזה חיסונים נדרשים מאיתנו. החיסונים משתנים לפי מין וגיל.
    ב.לבתי היה פנקס חיסונים והיו לה את כל החיסונים להוציא אבעבועות רוח. לי ולאישתי לא היו פנקסי חיסונים.
    ג.פניתי לרופא המשפחה שלנו ש:
  • נתן אישור שבתי חלתה באבעבועות רוח
  • נתן הפניה לבדיקות נוגדנים לאבעבועות רוח, אדמת וחזרת לי ולאישתי.
  • נתן הפניה לחיסון טטנוס ודפטריט למבוגרים לי ולאישתי
    ג. התברר שקופ"ח מכבי לא מבצעת בדיקת נוגדני חצבת. הרופא שלנו היה מאד נגד חיסון חצבת שלא לצורך, לכן אני ואישתי עשינו בדיקת נוגדני חצבת בהרצליה מדיקל סנטר בעלות של -275 ש"ח לבדיקה.
    ד.עשינו את כל הדיקות הדם - חודש עד לתוצאות. יצא שכולנו מחוסנים.
  1. עקבתי אחרי ה-CASE NUMBERS דרך אתר VISA BULLETIN. תורינו הגיע ב-12/2008. התקשרתי ל-KCC ואמרו שהראיון נקבע ל-23/12 ושהמכתב ישלח אלינו ב-21/10.

10.בשבוע שני של נובמבר הגיע מכתב מ-KCC (“המכתב השני”) עם תאריך לראיון ומסמך עבור בדיקה רפואית של הקונסוליה בירושלים (שבינתיים הורדתי מאתר הקונסוליה).

11.בדיקה רפואית
א.הזמנתי בידקה רפואית אצל ד"ר אורלין בת"א
ב.אמרו להביא את המידע על חיסונים ומידע מרופא המשפחה, אך לא התעקשו על האחרון
ג.הבדיקה עצמה היא חפיף (בטח בשביל 1200 ש"ח למבוגר ו-620 ש"ח לילדה).
ד.צעדנו לאיכילוב ועשינו רנטגן
ה.עשינו חיסון טטנוס בקופ"ח ופיקססנו את האישורים לרופא
ו.הרופא חותם על טופס מיוחד של הקונסוליה וגם הרדיולוג צריך לחתום עליו. מכיוון שהבת לא נדרשה לצילום רנטגן, הרופא לא חשב שצריך לחתום על הטופס. שכנעתי אותו שיחתום - בטח לא יזיק.
ז.אספנו ממנו שתי מעטפות גדולות חתומות עם תוצאות הבידקה והצילומים.

12.הכנות אחרונות
א. הכנתי תיק עם כל מסמכי המקור מחולק לפי נושאים ותיק עם כל התרגומים כנ"ל. המסמכים היו במעטפות שקופות
ב. בדיעבד, זה לא נוח. עדיף:

  • תיק לכל אחד
  • בתיק מקור + תרגום של כל מסמך ביחד
  • לא להשתמש במעטפות שקופות (המסמכים נדבקים). עדיף תיק עם הרבה חוצצים.

13.נסיעה לירושלים
א.הראיון נקבע ל-9:00. יצאנו מרעננה ב-6:30
ב.ממליץ מאד להתכונן היטב לנהיגה בירושלים:

  • השילוט בעיר נורא
  • העיר כולה חפורה בגלל עבודות הרכבת הקלה
  • ב-7:45 יש כבר פקקים בירושלים
    ג.הגענו לקונסוליה ב-7:45
    ד.יש חניה בשפע קצת לפני הקונסוליה בצד שמאל בעלות של 20 ש"ח לכל היום
    ה.כשמגיעים לקונסוליה פונים לחלון קבלה ברחוב. אתם אמורים להיות ברשימה לראיון ומקבלים מספר (ירוק).
    ו.נעמדים בתור כניסה לקונסוליה והשומר מכניס אותכם אחד אחד
    ז.אחרי שנכנסתם, בודקים לכם את התיקים, לוקחים טלפונים ניידים ומפתחות (!), עוברים דרך מגנטומטר ונכנסים לחדר המתנה נוסף
    ח.שומר נוסף קורא לכם לפי המספר לחדר בידוק נוסף בו משקפים את התיקים ועוברים שוב דרך מגנטומטר. ביקשתי שלא יעבירו את צילומי הרנטגן דרך מכונת השיקוף.
    שכחתי לציין שאחרי שקיבלנו את המכתב השני מ-KCC הזמנו תעודת יושר עבורי ועבור אישתי ממשטרת ישראל. צריך למלא טופס, להביא צילום דרכון + ת"ז. לא צריך תמונה. כולם צריכים להגיע. כחודש אחרי הבקשה התקשרתי למשטרת ישראל לוודא ששלחו את תעודות היושר לקונסוליה. טל’: 02-5429798/9 ימים א-ה, 13-15

14.בקונסוליה
א.עולים לקונה השניה (לא לעצור בקומה הראשונה!) וממתינים בחדר המתנה
ב.אין צורך בשלב זה לרכוש מעטפה לשליחת הדרכונים אליכם דרך חברת שעל (המשרד שלהם גם בקומה השניה)
ג.נקראינו אל חלון והפקידה עברה על כל המסמכים ולקחה מקור + תרגום תוך כדי שהיא מחתינה וחותמת את התרגומים. היא לקחיה:

  • תעודות לידה
  • תעודת נישואין
  • דיפלומות
  • תעודת שחרור מהצבא
  • מסמך מהבנק (ראה הערות בקשר לתדפיס מהחשבון לעיל)
  • תעודות יושר + שאלה אם הזמנו תעודות יושר ממשטרת ישראל
  • הורתה לפתוח את התיקים הרפואים ולמסור לה את המסמכים של הרופא (הצילומים נשארו אצלינו)
  • לקחה דרכונים
    ד.הפקידה נתנה חשבונית לשלם. ירדתי איתה לקומה 1 ושילמתי. חזרתי עם הקבלה לפקידה והתישבנו לחכות.
    ה.חיכינו כ-20 דקות ואז שוב נקראינו אל הפקידה שנתנה טופס נוסף למלא עבורי ועבור אישתי. החידוש בו היה שצריך היה לפרט את כל המדינות בהן היינו ב-10 השנים האחרונות, כולל השנה. מזל שהיה לנו את הדרכונים הישנים וזכרון טוב. ממליץ להכין רשימה זו מראש, סתם כדי לא להילחץ.
    ו.שוב המתנו עד שנקראינו לקונסולית (סינית מאד נחמדה). כאן המקום לציין שיש קונסולים דוברי שפות (ראינו דובר רוסית ודובר ערבית), כך שתזהרו עם מה שאתם מדברים ביניכם.
    ז.תחילה מסרנו טביעת אצבעות (הבת לא היתה צריכה - קטנה מדי, בת 10)
    ח.לאחר מכן היא עברה על כל המסמכים והחזירה לי את המקור, חוץ מזה של תעודות היושר שהשאירה גם את המקור אצלה ואמרה שיחזירו לנו אותם אחרי הבדיקה בזמן הכניסה לארה"ב.
    ט.לאחר מכן ביקשה שנספר לה על עצמינו. אני התחלתי וסיפרתי לה על מהלך חיי תוך ציון הדברים שאנחנו מתכוונים לעשות בארה"ב. אחר כך המשיכה כנ"ל אישתי. בעצם שזרנו בתוך התשובה שלנו מענה לכל הדברים שחרבי הפורום סיפרו שנשאלו בראיונות שלהם, כך שבעצם היא קיבלה את כל התשובות. שאלה אם יש לנו קרובים בארה"ב (אין לנו). שאלה אם לאישתי נשארו קרובים ברוסיה (אין לה). שאלה למה עוברים לארה"ב עכשיו? עניתי שאי אפשר לתכנן מתי תזכה. זה הצחיק אותה וסיפק אותה.
    י.אמרה שבעצם הראיון נגמר, שהכל בסדר ושנשאר להם רק לסיים את התהליך שלהם ולשים לנו וויזות. שאלה אם נרצה שילחו לנו את הדרכונים או שנבוא לאסוף? אמרתי שנבוא לאסוף.
    יא.ביקשתי שתאריך הויזה יהיה אחרי ה-1/1/09 כדי ש-6 החודשים שיש לנו כדי להכנס לארה"ב יסתיימו אחרי סיום שנה"ל של הבת (31/6/09). אמרה שאין בעיה ושיתקשרו אלינו כשהויזות תהיינה מוכנות.
    יב.אמרנו תודה ויצאנו המומים מהקונסוליה.

15.הלכנו לצהריים ל-ZUNI ודפקנו יופי של ארוחה.
16.עכשיו מחכים שיתקשרו מהקונסוליה לבוא לאסוף את הדרכונים עם הויזות.

Это конечно интересно но думаю что не многие наши форумчане смогут прочититать и тем более понять хоть одно слово из приведеного вами поста. По этому считаю нецелесообразным выкладывать тексты на других языках кроме английского либо русского.
