You or your representative contacted USCIS to notify us that you have not received your Permanent Resident Card (PRC). Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
Our records indicate that we sent your card to you, using the address on record at that time. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has not returned your card to this office.
What You Can Do
If you have not received your card, you will need to file a Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, with the proper fee and your original signature. This form is available online at*WWW.USCIS.GOV
. You may mail in your application or submit it electronically. Please follow all instructions when filling out and submitting the application.
What We Will Do
After we receive the Form I-90 application, we will mail you a notice showing a specific time, date, and place to appear to provide biometrics (photographs/fingerprints) at an Application Support Center. Please bring all supporting documents and evidence with you to your appointment.
