Ну а что делать тогда?
Viuchit' urok: ne stoit vrat' konsulu in the first place, eto chrevato.
PS. Кстати, что за колледж или университет? Потому что многие колледжи просто НЕ РАЗРЕШАЮТ жить вне кампуса, во всяком случае первый год. И стоит проживание в них очень даже не по детски...
И такая лабутень - целый день...

MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
I was refused a non-immigrant visa under Section 214(b) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act. This MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION with Exhibits A-H is submitted with my second application to provide evidence that overcomes the prior grounds for dismissal. The following evidence will show that I have strong ties to my own country, which illustrates my intent to return after my studies. Also, the evidence will demonstrate that I am financially able to support myself for the entire period of stay in the United States. This evidence is compelling and will prove that the purpose of my trip is truly represented.
The purpose of my trip is to complete my graduate studies from Hawaii Pacific University. HPU has an excellent Communications Master’s Degree Program and I was grateful for being accepted into the program and even received a scholarship. The annual cost of tuition and books at HPU is $15,420. This is represented by Form I-20, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”. This annual cost is reduced to $9,420 after applying the $6,000 per year scholarship that I was awarded. The scholarship award letter is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. I estimate my living expenses to be $4,000 because I intend on renting a room for a minimal cost of $350 per month. Moreover, I will lease my apartment in Minsk which will cover my housing expenses in Honolulu. The address of the apartment and contact information of the tenant in Honolulu is attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.
I will be paying the annual cost with current savings. This amount is shown in my bank statement record attached hereto as Exhibit “D”. In addition, my father has agreed to send me money every month. His employment certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit “E”.
I have studied and worked very hard preparing and educating myself to work in the field of communication and international relations. It is my intention to graduate from HPU and return to Belarus to secure a better position with the company that I currently work for in Belarus. My employer, the Divital Auto Invest Company has prepared a letter indicating their support in my education, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “F”.
It has always been my dream to obtain internationally valid higher education abroad and return to Belarus to use my learning to benefit my country. I envision myself creating a program that focuses on showing the different ways people and or countries do business, develop friendships, and maintain families. This intention is evidenced by my HPU admission essay and is compelling evidence that shows my intention of returning to Belarus because this essay was submitted prior to my initial nonimmigration application being denied. This HPU admission essay is attached hereto as Exhibit “G”.
I was born and raised in Belarus and have no intention of living anyplace else in the future. I have strong ties to Belarus and have participated in several community projects. I helped with “HeadMade”, which is a sport challenge that helped develop hockey as the national sport of Belarus. Also, I had the opportunity to represent Belarus at the Ice Skating Championships in Minsk Belarus by participating and communicating with contestants and people from various countries. I worked as the Belarus Liaison Representative in the Minsk Sports Competitions. Prior to working for the Divital Auto Invest Company, I worked for the National Statistical Committee for the Republic of Belarus by collecting and storing data and information. Last year I played the lead role in the interdepartmental competition at the Belarus State University Arts Event. My mentor, Natalia Popok is the Dean of the International Business Department at Belarus State University and she prepared a letter on my behalf that supports my intention of going to HPU and returning to Belarus, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “H”.
I have travelled to various countries on several occasions without extending my stay and always returned to my home country, Belarus. I’ve made 3 trips to the United States and always returned to Belarus without incident. I never overstayed any of my trips in the past and it is not my intention to overstay this trip. It is my intention to earn my Communications Master’s Degree from HPU and return to Belarus. The aforementioned evidence is compelling and I believe that I have overcome the burden of demonstrating visa eligibility. Therefore, I respectfully request the approval of my student visa application. Thank you in advance for considering my application.
