Через два месяца истечет срок EAD, I-130 и I-485 должен быть открыты пока еще. Ситуация сложная. По ошибке USCIC cases were denied on May 16, 2011, но после обращения к USCIC открыт и мы пошли на интервью 30 июня 2011. После интервью нам сказали, чтобы мы шли домой и ждали ответа. Пока ничего не пришло. Онлайн проверяю статус, то он не обновлялся после отказа.
Пишу сейчас Cover Letter for I-765. Если у кого-то есть знания по иммиграции пжл прокомментируйте

Dear Sir/Madam:
My current Employment Authorization Document expires on 05.02.2012 and my I-485 application for adjustment of status is pending with USCIS per application MCS1109511647. I wish to use Employment Authorization Document to legally work from 05.02.2012 onwards.
I did not receive previous the I-485 Receipt Notice even though the I-485 was sent with the I-130. I did not receive previous the I-765 Receipt Notice even though the I-765 was also sent with the I-130. I did receive the biometrics notice and Employment Authorization Document. To show that my Form I-485 was accepted I am attachening ASC Appointment Notice for case I-485 and I-765 and granted Employment Authorization Document.
After receiving denial letter on May 16, 2011 and contacting congressional liaison, Priscilla Marta, on May 22, 2011, USCIS reopened this case, rescinded both I-130 and I-485 denials, and continued the processing of this case, as it was through no fault of beneficiary or petitioner.
I am attaching several supporting documents for your review and to support the comments.
