Мне кажется не стоит использовать яркие цвета, да и, наверное, вообще цвета. Многие сайты поиска работы и просто HR managers преобразуют резюме в plain text, поэтому всё что вы хотели выделить с помощью цвета не будет видно наглядно.
Телефоны не украинские ведь будут указаны?
Проверьте спеллинг.
Age и citizenship можете не указывать, это никого особо не будет интересовать.
Почему Education так высоко? Разве это то, что работодатель должен увидеть в первую очередь? Никто не знает что такое Specialist degree. Я бы, наверное, подумал, что это что-то вроде community college. Пишите примерно так:
Odessa National Polytechnic University, Ukraine, BS in CS, 2004
Вы сейчас безработный? Из резюме вижу, что да.
Никакой цветастости.
Ну и, конечно же, дайте на вычитку какому-нибудь native speaker, по возможности.
