Сейчас я в активном поиске дополнительного заработка. В свободное время заполняю все возможные апликации на работу через интернет. И вот что меня несколько поразило, что даже устраиваясь на работу хаускипером или развозчиком пиццы, работодатель просит тебя ответить на 50-70 вопросо, напрямую не касающихся работы, а относящихся больше к твоему психологическому портрету. Вот примеры вопросов и ответов на них:

Как “правильно” отвечать на такие и подобные вопросы, чтобы повысить шансы быть приглашенным работодателем на очное интерьвью? Какие ответы “он хочет увидеть”? Может кто-нибудь может поделиться личным опытом?
