Здравствуйте!Помогите пожалуйста разобраться
Я гражданка Украины,до 19 лет проживала только там,потом с 13.09.05 до 30.08.06 в германии(практика от ин-та),с 2.06.07 до 15.04.08 в англии(тоже практика от ин-та),на данный момент с 2008 года живу в россии.Мне нужно брать справки о несудимости из всех стран?или только с украины и россии?Скоро собираюсь выйти замуж и сменить фамилию,загран поменяю,надо ли предварительно отксерить старый с визами,штампами,и заверить нотариально?или в этом нет надобности?спасибо!!
Police Certificates
All applicants aged 16 years or over must submit a police certificate from their current country of residence and/or nationality if they have lived there for six months or more. Police certificates are also required from all other countries where the applicant has resided for at least one year. A police certificate must also be obtained from the police authorities of any place where the applicant has been arrested for any reason, regardless of how long he or she lived there. Police certificates must cover the entire period of the applicant’s residence in any area. A certificate issued by the police authorities where you now reside must be of recent date when presented to the consular officer. Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
