Подскажите, моя двоюродная сестра живет в Канаде (Ванкувер), могу ли я иммигрировать в Канаду по категории Sponsoring your family, если сестра пришлет мне вызов?
Мне 23 года, по специальности я переводчик французского/английского языков.

another relative of any age or relationship if none of the above relatives could be sponsored, and you have no other relatives who are Canadian citizens, persons registered as Indians under the Indian Act or permanent residents and
accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).
Не могу открыть Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008] !!! Пишет, что документ не читается.
Где еще кроме сайта CIC можно его скачать?
